Robby Van Damme’s Summary

During my career I have evolved from analyst-developer to software architect and project leader. I still have an in-depth knowledge of IT technologies, mainly in the Microsoft (.Net), Java and SOA areas. In this role, i've managed and successfully completed a number of medium to large IT projects in international companies, and organized systems lifecycle afterwards.

Despite this management responsibility in recent projects, I still keep a close eye on the technical evolutions in the software industry. This allows me to execute many tasks during projects including project management, technical and functional design/architecture, developer coaching and training.

I aim to extend my skillset in new and innovative projects that inspire me to perform to the best of my ability.
