I graduated in 2005 at the University of Ghent (Belgium) in Industrial Psychology and HR Management. After Some commercial experience in the real estate sector, I returned to my first love: Human Resources. I gained experience at Adecco, TiTANS and Ulysses Consulting as recruiter and/or headhunter. I also had some missions as HR consultant at (among others) Fortis, Sopra Group and Osiatis.
As of february 2009 I am Selection Officer at Colruyt Group Services. I'm mainly focussing on our IT needs, but I'm among other things also the SPOC for all selection/headhunter partners.
I'm trilingual Dutch, French and English, and above all an active networker.

* Recruited several new consultants: Project Managers, CMMi process specialists, ITIL service managers and several analyst/developers .Net and mainframe
* Played a key role in brokering the deal for a TiTANS consultant to take the lead in a major project. The TiTANS Project Manager will take charge of a 150 million Euro, 5 year project for the construction of a large, new data center in Belgium. Involved companies: IBM and one of the major Belgian banks.
* Negotiated for my own consulting project at one of our clients: Fortis
