Director Ocean Product EMEA at CEVA Logistics
Antwerp Area, Belgium
Having 18 year's of experience in the forwarding biz, for any kind of transportation method, I would like to describe myself as an all rounder.
Having experience in Road freight, Ocean freight, Air Freight, Special Transports, Customs, Procurement, Sales, Management, etc., I can not mention one position I did not love.
During the year's moving up the Corporate ladder starting at desk level, growing to a field position to currently hold a Sr. Management position has seriously given me the vast experience I enjoy today.
My goals are to grow my knowledge even further and to try and share this knowledge with as much people as possible within the environment I work in today.
People Management has always been high on my personal list, as motivated employee's enjoy job satisfaction, resulting in low or no staff turn around with a high productivity level of the organization.
