My ideal job would look like this:
- management of a team/business unit of 3-10 people
- responsible for defining solution sales and execution strategy (go to market) of this business unit in collaboration with sales, marketing, HR
- Responsible for the financial performance (revenue and margin) of the business unit
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of corporate organization, culture, policies, products, markets and processes :
