Learn complex stuff by reading, listening and doing, so that I can explain and show it in as simple terms as possible (but not simpler than that) to myself and other people. Make people connect. Strong interest and expertise in observing and driving group dynamics and culture. Turn defensive attitudes into positive ones by asking the right questions at the right time to the right people in the right setting. Blogging, writing (in prose), proofreading, speaking in public. In short, being social.
