Born in France, I’ve studied Physics at University before giving up and switching by passion to Computer Programming. I'm now an experienced consultant with 10 years of IT experience, performing different roles like developer, business analyst, consultant or project leader.

In the last seven years I took part in two important projects for European Commission Enterprise and Industry Directorate-General :

- TRIS (Technical Regulations Information System), an IT system supporting the 98/34/EC directive in the field of EU internal market.
- TBT (Technical Barriers to Trade), an IT system supporting the WTO-TBT agreement the field of international trade.

Those two projects, build around several applications used by the European Commission services but also the EU Member States, have important legal and multilingual aspects which make them very sensitive.

My key strengths include:

- a very strong technical background in web technologies (Rich Internet Application, AAdobe Flex and ColdFusion).
- capacity to explain and present technical topics to a non-technical audience.
- effective communication, presentation and training skills.
- ease to work in multicultural and multilingual environments.
- always eager to learn and face new challenges.

Active in online communities and in user groups, Adobe Community expert, I'm currently focusing on Rich Internet Application and Mobile development.

While I’m not working, you can find me as “Fitzchev” playing games (MMO or Wii) or wandering around some popular social networks. I’m also passionate about movies, TV shows, music and gadgets. My usual problem is that I’m always running out of time to work on all my crazy ideas !
