I'm a certified expert for Flex and AIR and have worked on Rich Internet Applications for big international companies and governments in the last years.

My main interest and expertise lies in the field of Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Programming and is primarily focused around Flex and ActionScript development.

As a passionate teacher, I have lectured on multimedia tools and general IT topics and I'm still giving talks at national academies, events and user groups.

I'm also a strong believer in open-source software and I'm the founder and lead developer of the Spring ActionScript framework and the AS3Commons project. In the past, I have also been involved in a number of other open source projects like AMFPHP, AS2lib and ARP.

I enjoy mentoring and coaching, working with the team, taking on challenging projects and I'm always in for a good laugh.
