  'Whizzkids' was a pilot project of Flanders Language Valley, a very promising concept of the speech recognition company Lernout & Hauspie. 16 kids aged 15-18 were allowed to leave school, to be taught computer-related jobs in companies troughout the valley. The first year most of us didn't get stationed, and we were left to our own to learn what we want. I got into HTML and Javascript, oh and Quake 2 as well :)
  
  The second and third year i was "employed" at Imagine, a marketing company in Ghent, to make websites, much against my will in Adobe Golive. I then also learned PHP in my free time. The second year i worked there, Jelle Desramaults, also a whizzkid, joined me there. We've split up after that, but now have our own company together.
